Camp To Career | Spring Break

This ministry takes inner city kids from South Dallas and mentors them from 7th grade until they begin their careers after high school or college. During their senior year of high school, the ministry take the students on a civil rights pilgrimage to Little Rock and Memphis to learn about those who came before us and have helped to make a way for us to continue to move forward.

Highland Park United Methodist Church | Churchwide Serving Day

HPUMC is committed to serving the community of Dallas. Each year, this church hosts a day were all staff members and a multitude of congregants get together to serve others and give back to the community.

Racial Justice Tulsa Pilgrimage

Highland Park United Methodist Church has a ministry dedicated to racial justice. In 2023 I joined them on a pilgrimage to Black Wall Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma to learn about unknown history.

Camp To Career Senior Luncheon

The 2023 class is the largest group to graduate the Camp to Career program of Highland Park United Methodist Church. In April, we celebrated their accomplishment of graduating high school with a luncheon hosted by the Camp to Career ministry.

Journey | Memory Care Ministry

While those with Alzheimer’s or dementia and their caregivers navigate this challenging journey, this respite program offers a safe refuge, allowing caregivers time to attend to their personal needs with the assurance that their loved one is being well cared for by trained professionals at Highland Park United Methodist Church

Antioch Church | First Day Back

As most of the world was shut down during the Covid 19 pandemic, this church quickly decided to put its resources together and have church outside in the parking lot. It was so encouraging to see people still wanting to come together to worship even in the midst of their fears and worries.

FBA Fall Festival

First Baptist Academy in Dallas is a great school with a very active community. Their fall festival was so much fun!

House to House Uganda

Roger and Colleen Lee have been serving in Uganda for several years now and have started several house churches in Gulu. They have fully committed themselves to sharing the words of Jesus Christ to the people of Uganda and provide the hope that only He can give.
